My team and I are revolutionizing independent film. We’ll open doors that were previously closed to new voices and under-represented filmmakers. We’ll invite audiences to be part of the filmmaking process. And we’ll to provide access to funding and resources for filmmakers so they can focus on creating exceptional original stories.
I’ve spent the last year refining our business model alongside industry experts, audiences, filmmakers, and investors. We’re backed by an international advisory board of film professionals across all disciplines (financing, distribution, production, marketing, etc.).
We need to raise at least $30k seed funding to launch. We have two projects ready to go and once funded, and are looking to onboard 2-3 more projects. Anything we raise above $30k will go directly into funding more projects.
Every little bit helps. I’m putting everything I have into building this and I truly appreciate all of your support.
Our business model is built around a simple premise - know your audience and what their value is in the marketplace, and build a project that aligns with that value.
Because Hollywood, film financiers, VCs, retail investors, corporations, etc. all want the same thing, to back projects with a measurable audience and a good value proposition.
Audience building is a major gap for most filmmakers. Their focus is typically on the creative, and getting the project completed. They don’t think about the marketing, or audience building, until after they have a completed project. We can help them fill that gap and build an audience from the beginning of development.
We start with a short teaser, and build to a full project. Through each phase, we validate audience interest with typical metrics like completion rate, likes, and comments. Coupled with direct audience feedback, we validate strong audience interest before moving a project to the next phase.
This way, we know a concept maintains a valid audience as it goes through the development cycle.
